Bob’s long term background in the yacht brokerage business came to the fore. Not only did he know the Buyer of old, he worked through the negotiating phase efficiently with your ‘˜Offer to Purchase’ document in place, with the pre-purchase survey booked and confirmed within a matter of days. As one would imagine with a yacht of this quality, the survey went well with only a couple of items to be resolved. Bob, stepped up and bought all parties together on the day and negotiated a financial settlement that was satisfactory to all.

There were several complications with the sale, due to the seller being a party to a Deceased Estate, with three beneficiaries and Solicitor to satisfy. Having introduced Bob to the principal Solicitor, he took over from there, arranging for the various parties to sign all of the relevant contractual documents within the time established by our Buyer. No mean feat!
